SKILLS:
Excellent customer relations and organizational skills with good computer skills and must be able to work extremely well under pressure. Must be detail-oriented and have a professional and positive demeanor. Needs to be able to handle complaints in a professional manner and be a good motivator and team player.
Experience is preferred but not required.
