JOB SUMMARY:
To ensure that all food items are attractively presented and replenished in a timely manner and in accordance with standards. To service the needs of all guests during serving hours in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner, thus insuring guest satisfaction. The purpose of this position is to ensure outstanding service delivery to each customer in a consistent and friendly manner. Emphasis is placed on being a strong team player and building a professional and skilled service-oriented team that maintains top-notch performance on a daily basis.
SKILLS:
Must be friendly and hospitality-oriented, able to function under pressure, organized and detail-oriented, excellent communication skills and service and people-oriented.
Experience preferred but no required.
