To ensure that all beverages are properly made and replenished in a timely manner and in accordance with standards. To service the needs of all guests in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner thus upholding the 100% Guest Satisfaction program. The purpose of this position is to ensure outstanding service delivery to each customer in a consistent and friendly manner. Emphasis is placed on being a strong team player and building a professional and skilled service-oriented team that maintains top-notch performance on a daily basis.
Must be friendly and hospitality-oriented, able to function under pressure, organized and detail-oriented, excellent communication skills and service and people-oriented.
Experience preferred but no required.
